Dunholme Camera Club – Day Group Outing

By | June 4, 2026

Good Afternoon All,

Plus all LPA Club members, please distribute around your clubs.

The Day Group Meeting this coming Tuesday 9th June will be at Brightwater Gardens (Brightwater Gardens Saxby, Market Rasen LN8 2DQ, UK) If we could meet in the car park which is opposite the Gardens at 10am that would be great. The day will cost you just £10.00 which will include 1 coffee and Biscuit (if you want more coffee during the day a Coffee/tea and biscuit will cost £2.00 extra. we will be able to leave our bags (If that’s what you want to do) in the Haybarn cafe building as we will be the only visitors. We can also shelter in there if it comes a shower.

The day will run from 10am through to leaving at 4pm. You will be able to do a variety of different types of photography including of course flowers, Flower beds, Closeup/macro shots of the flowers and insect macro shots, hopefully there will be some butterflies as well. We may be lucky and find some orchids as well.

This day is not only open to all members of Dunholme Camera Club but you can bring friends and family if you wish (each person is just £10.00 for the day) I will be inviting members of the other LPA Clubs to join us so it should be a good day to socialize with members of other clubs and a great chance to hone in on your close up and macro techniques. As previously mentioned all members of Dunholme camera club plus member clubs of the LPA can attend and bring wife’s, friends etc, Please make sure that you bring cash as there are no facilities for Credit card payments.

Looking forward to seeing a good number of you there and especially members of other clubs in the LPA, we need to socialize more and this is the first of a number of events that I am hoping to organize as the New President of the LPA, please support us.
All payments are going to Charity which will be The Restoration of the Saxby Church which you can walk across to take some pictures during the day.

Any questions please get in touch.–
Regards
