Visiting us this month from Hull we have Rob Bentley a well-known local
street/documentary photographer who has had many exhibitions of his work in local
prestige galleries .

Some of you may wonder what we do at the LPA Mono Group meetings. We usually have a great time, and this past Sunday was no exception.
Our speaker for the day was Chris Ceaser https://chrisceaser.co.uk/ and he showed us many mono prints, mostly landscapes of the UK and abroad.
Chris talked about how the effect of light can alter the feeling of an image, and also demonstrated how a long exposure can sometimes add the suggestion of movement.
Chris demonstrated the effects different papers can have on the final print and fetch along plentiful examples.
